ANSP and AGE digitized the notification service of information about cosmetic products introduced on the market
The National Agency for Public Health (ANSP), in collaboration with the Electronic Government Agency (AGE), announces a new digital service – notification regarding cosmetic products. The digitization of the service facilitates the process of notification of new cosmetic products to be placed on the market by importers, manufacturers and distributors.
Thus, the "Notification of cosmetic products" service is available online and can be accessed quickly and easily from the EVO application, the Public Services module, or from the Public Services Portal.
In accordance with the legislation in force, prior to introduction on the market, the products cosmetics are subject to sanitary authorization by notification to ANSP.
The service is available in digital format and can be accessed online by economic agents, importers, manufacturers and distributors.
How you benefit from the EVO application:
1. Access the EVO application and enter the Public Services module;
2. Look for the service "Notification of cosmetic products";
3. Click on the "Apply online" button - you will be redirected to the application submission form;
4. Choose the method of authentication;
5. Complete the form and follow the indicated steps. Ensure that the information provided is correct and complete;
6. Attach the images to the original Label (ingredients) and the original Packaging;
7. Electronically sign the notification form;
8. The notification regarding the notification of the cosmetic product will be automatically generated;
The service can also be accessed through the servici.gov.md portal:
1. Go to the Public Services Portal and find the "Notification of cosmetic products" service;
2. Authenticate with MPass;
3. Complete the application form, following the indicated steps and ensure that the information provided is correct and complete;
4. Attach the images to the original Label (ingredients) and the original Packaging;
5. Electronically sign the notification form;
6. The notification regarding the notification of the cosmetic product will be generated automatically;
The purpose of the notification is the protection of public health, by ensuring that the products comply with legal requirements and do not present unjustified risks to consumers.
