On October 10, 2025, the "ANSP: Past, Present and Future" Conference held its proceedings

The scientific event marked 30 years since the founding of the Research and Innovation department in the field of public health. The forum was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education and Research, the Academy of Medical Sciences of Moldova ʺGheorghe Țîbîrnăʺ, the State University of Medicine and Pharmacy ”Nicolae Testemițanu”, prominent personalities who contributed to the development of the research and innovation field of ANSP.

At the opening of the event, Mrs. Mariana GÎNCU, head of the political direction in the field of public health and public health emergencies of the Ministry of Health wanted to mention the importance of science for society and its role in substantiating policy documents in order to strengthen the health of the population.

"Over the years, the scientific researchers within the ANSP have increased their skills in the field, being highly appreciated both nationally and internationally, establishing relationships of collaboration with different institutions, especially in the "One health" segment - mentioned during the event Mrs. Olga BURDUNIUC, Deputy Director ANSP

Head of the Research and Innovation Department in the field of public health, Professor Iurie PÎNZARU came with important information about the path taken by the science sector in 30 years, reviewing the outstanding results, appreciated at national and international level, but and the challenges encountered over the years.

The results obtained by the 4 scientific laboratories within the Directorate were presented with detailed information, by the heads of laboratories, PhD students, young researchers.

Also, the guests of the event, Mrs. Angela CAZACU-STRATU, vice-dean USMF "Nicolae Testemițanu", Mr. Professor Grigore FRIPTULEAC, Mr. academician Ion MEREUȚĂ, the president of AȘ Medicale came with congratulations and mentions for the outstanding contributions in the field of science in the 30 years of activity of the Research and Innovation department in the field of public health.

In conclusion, we mention that the scientists and scientific researchers from the ANSP through their efforts and day-to-day work day, contributes to the development and innovative efficiency in the field of public health.
